Zest 4 Life, Leicestershire
Joanna Helcke is a specialist in pre/postnatal fitness and is running outdoor postnatal fitness classes in Beacon Hill – she’s actually been running them for 13 years – and is back! Pram&Pilates runs Tuesday mornings and BuggyBabies runs Wednesday mornings both at Beacon Hill where she often gets the mums to charge up the hill to the very top! But don’t complain – it’s a fantastic class to help lose the baby weight. The schlep up that hill is worth it for her handmade yummy, healthy, raw vegan treats, which she always has ready for everyone after the class.
Elevate Yoga, Leicestershire
Rachel Voss has been practising yoga for many years and has been running outdoor lakeside classes for a while now. She predominantly teaches Vinyasa Flow and in May is taking her classes out to a new location. She’ll be running a number of yoga flow events on a farm surrounded by alpacas. Enjoy a completely new yoga experience overlooking beautiful scenery, whilst gentle, fluffy alpacas wander freely. Parking, toilet and hand-washing on site, bring your own yoga mat or blanket and be open-minded, this is the countryside after all. Classes for families are avail too. £15
