Macaron Masterclass, Rutland Cookery School, Thur 13 July
Macarons are light-as-a-feather French confections that can be assembled pulling from a mix-and-match palette of sweet fillings and bases. This masterclass will be run by Graham, who has been a patissier for 35 odd years working in some of the most prestigious hotels in London. He has also worked in Switzerland and France and acted as consultant for Albert Roux. A true master craftsman, this workshop is a rare opportunity to learn with one of the UK’s finest pastry chefs, and you will leave with a real understanding of macarons. £60 for this half day course. 10am -1pm.
