Emma from Sassy Blooms will guide you through the intricacies of building your floral wreath; blending seasonal foliage and botanicals to help you to personalise your own creation. Your glasses will be topped up with gin inspired cocktails. Nibbles will be served throughout.

On the hunt for treasure, Jim Hawkins encounters deadly storms and even deadlier pirates, led by the infamous Long John Silver. There will be daring sword fights, piratical parrots and acrobatic puppets, this new adaptation is wonderfully imaginative and will leave you spellbound.

Inspired by the original tale, this production tells the story of Belle, a beautiful young woman who feels out of place in her provincial French village. When her father is imprisoned in a mysterious castle, Belle’s attempt to rescue him leads to her capture by the Beast, a grisly and fearsome monster curses by a witch. . Little does she knowthat he is a Prince cursed by a magical Enchantress. The only way the Beast may become human again is if he learns to love and be loved in return.

Wrap up warm and get ready for a silly Elf adventure as you arrive at the  Waterside Winter Wonderland, where Santa’s chief Elf and his team will lead you through the Enchanted Forest and the Valley of Christmas lights to discover Santa’s Woodland Grotto. This is your chance to tell Santa that you have been good, and fingers crossed, he may share some pre-Christmas presents. Don’t miss the singing reindeers.

Santa in the Square, New Market Square, Leicester, Sat 8 Dec – 23 Dec

This fantastic free experience will help make Christmas a really memorable one this year. Visit a beautifully decorated Christmas grotto in the heart of Leicester city centre, complete with a five-metre tall Christmas tree which will signpost a route of trees leading to the man himself. Whilst visiting, children can post their letters to Father Christmas in his post box or hand them over when speaking to him in his grotto.
