Guys and Dolls, Uppingham Theatre until 14 April

Set in New York City in the mid-20th century, the romantic and funny Guys and Dolls is populated with gangsters and gamblers, missionary dolls and scantily clad showgirls, and one of the great musical scores in the history of American theatre. Hit songs include, Luck be a Lady, Sit Down You’re Rocking the Boat, If I Were a Bell, Take Back Your Mink and many more.

Ashby Farmer’s Market, Ashby de la Zouch, Sun 15 April
For a perfect Sunday morning stroll, head down to Ashby’s Farmers Market to browse (and buy) the fine produce that’s grown and made locally. Expect to find excellent goods ranging from meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, artisan cheeses, preserves, cakes, pies and wine. Runs every 3rd Sunday of the month, 9am – 2pm.
