Founded by chef,  plant-based nutritionist, consultant and overall foodie, Halima Ferreira has been cooking her way around the world for the past 18 years. Not your average chef, Halima has worked under Michel Roux Sr and even cooked for royalty, and now she’s bringing her expertise to this neck of the woods.

Based now in Leicestershire, Halima fully understands how food plays an important part in our health and wellbeing, so creates nutritious and delicious food to enjoy at home with your family, for corporate events or even large dinner parties. Everything she does is carefully considered and bespoke, from finding out what flavours you like, right down to her menu cards and packaging.

She also offers phone consultations to explore eating patterns to help get clients on track to make positive nutritional and lifestyle changes. This may also touch on her expertise in culinary medicine, and the idea that food has the power to heal.

If you’d prefer a one-to-one virtual cooking class, she’ll be able to teach you to whip up a feast in no time at all and if that wasn’t enough, she’ll also help organise your cupboards so you always have the basic ingredients for quick and tasty meals. Bonus!
