Shelly Dar is a trained clinical hypnotherapist and has been practicing for more than 15 years. She’s worked with a variety of clients, helping them overcome personal trauma,  stop smoking and even unblocking negative energy using her Reiki training.

She’s also trained as a counsellor which works wonderfully well with hypnotherapy and offers one-to-one meetings with the aim to restore emotional well-being and is 100% focussed on the client. If you’re feeling anxious or stressed about anything, she also offers walk and talk therapy – genius! Furthermore, she’s also gone on to train as a sex therapist, so if you’re having difficulties in your love life, she’s your go-to girl.
